Hi, I’m Annie, the heart behind Apinya’s Thai Kitchen. Originally from Thailand, I moved to the UK and continued my journey as a chef, working with a variety of cuisines. But my true passion has always been sharing the bold, fresh flavors of authentic Thai food.

In 2020, Apinya’s Thai Kitchen was born! What started as a home takeaway service quickly grew into something bigger. During the winter months, I offer a cosy takeaway from home service on most Fridays and Saturdays. But when the warmer months roll in, you’ll find me popping up in some of the finest pubs in the Cotswolds, bringing the taste of Thailand to locals and visitors alike.

I also love being part of special occasions, so if you're planning a party, buffet, wedding, or private event, Apinya’s Thai Kitchen is available for hire! Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a big celebration, I’d love to bring a touch of Thai magic to your table.
